1. What Sent to Fish is
Sent to Fish ("Sent to Fish", "we", "us") is a free social network for travelers and locals to discover each other, share memories and recommendations, chat, and explore destinations together. There are no bookings, reservations, or payments on Sent to Fish.
2. Platform relationship
Sent to Fish provides a place for users to publish content and communicate. We are not a party to any offline meeting, activity, or arrangement users make with each other, and we do not employ, endorse, verify, or supervise any user.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use Sent to Fish. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. User content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, videos, reels, wall posts, comments, messages, profile details). By posting, you grant Sent to Fish a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content on and through the platform for the purpose of operating the service.

5. Community conduct
You agree not to use Sent to Fish for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, or abusive purpose. See our Trust & Safety page for community standards.
6. Meeting other users
Any decision to meet, travel with, host, or otherwise interact with another user offline is made entirely at your own risk. Sent to Fish is not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the platform. You are responsible for your own safety, travel documents, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sent to Fish is not responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:
- Personal injury, illness, accidents, or death
- Theft, loss, or damage to property
- The acts, omissions, or conduct of any user or third party
- Content posted by users
- Travel disruptions or events outside our control
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, our policies, or applicable law, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time from Settings.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use of Sent to Fish after changes means you accept the updated terms.
